Not hating, Just stating…

I am Bri Cooley. Simple enough.

I live in the DC Metro area. I work in downtown DC  spend most of my freetime in DC. I have some fave spots that I frequent, but I will certainly NOT tell you, lest you decide to crowd it with your friends, HA! I enjoy all music, all tyoes of movies especially INDIES, I loooove to laugh, and I love to people-watch and comment. I am an observer, I see things most others don’t. I catch the woman dressed like a hooker getting her heel caught in the sidewalk on U Street. I see the man dressed as a woman digging in his nose in the privacy of his own home in Cleveland Park. And best of all I MAKE FUN OF IT!

For some reason people like to overuse the word “hating” in this area. Like the hookeresque dressed woman may think I was hating on her when I laughed and pointed. Or the drag queen may have felt I was hating when I blurted out “Oh Dear GOD!” But I wasn’t. I am just stating the obvious and not so obvious & making it humorous. There is far too much to be SOOOO serious about these days. I like to laugh & have fun. So don’t be offended by what I say, just laugh, it’s ok I won’t tell anyone.
